Coolant Filtration Systems
PPE coolant filtration system designs with sump tank, dirty tank, clean tank and double 3M CUNO filter vessel.There are two stages of filtering—’High precision’ and ‘Low precision’ which are automatically controled by PLC.Except for filters replacement, there is no need to replace any other hardware to obtain the best filtration effect,and there is no need to shut down the system when changing the filters.The heat exchanger and heater ensure that the system at the constant temperture; The OCV control valve ensure that the system at the constant pressure. When the temperature, pressure and flows constant it will reduce can brake rate.
