The heater box using the latest air knife design, inlaid insulation structure and double air exhauster design, which makes the can dry faster and the heat can be keeped inside and make sure the heat balance in heater box.The equipment consists of frame & enclosure, combustion chamber, circulating fan system, air intake and exhaust system, conveyor mesh and shafts, waste gas exhaust system, safety devices, natural gas pipeline and valve assembly, electrical control system, automatic temperature control and temperature recording system.Safety access doors with explosion-proof latches are fitted on both sides of the oven, serving as maintenance access while providing explosion protection.
